Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products.
Return Eligibility
Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, opened dental devices cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged or defective. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery without prior authorization, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your refund.
How to Return Your Product

Secure Shipping
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship via a trackable courier. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Inspection
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect it within 5 business days to verify eligibility.
Refund Processing
